
The Hispanic Heritage Society forms the foundation for an annual program of six events which are presented in different parts of the City:
LA GRAN POSADA
The traditional Mexican Christmas Celebration, presenting a Concert of Hispanic Christmas Songs "Villancicos". Performing the classic celebration with the musical expressions of all Hispanic countries. On this event we include teen's and children's voices.
BOLERO
The Hispanic Romance Celebration, with a diversity of musical styles of songs and ballroom dances.
CANCIONERO
CON ALMA HISPANA
Dia de la Raza, Columbus Day Celebration. Musical Review with songs, dances, poetry readings, from Mexico, Spain, Caribbean, Central and South America. This is the most popular program, focusing on songs and dances with more chronological and historical theme. This program is designed for all students and all kinds of audiences, with the more popular folkloric repertoire, music and dance tradition
OPERA DELIGHTS
Gala-Dinner-Concert: Presenting excerpts of Opera, Zarquela, Musicals, Operetta and romantic songs from all over the world. International guest artists. View past performance here.

MISSION STATEMENT:
The principal objectives of the Society are the preservation of the different forms of artistic expressions of the Hispanic Culture and musical traditions of all Hispanic Countries.
Our efforts are designed to promote artistic cultural performances by training talent and artistic groups to develop professional level, at the same time offering the community education and quality cultural programs for our generations to come.
